Therapists can provide expanded listings that include information on: education, office hours, health plan participation, and areas of specialty. American Massage Therapy Association

This professional organization's site provides national listings. Therapist information includes: office hours, modalities (types of treatments), types of clients they accept, and length of experience. You can also find helpful general information about massage therapy.

At Health provides a Mental Health Practitioner Directory. You can search by state or use their international listings. The individual information is detailed, including (but not limited to): theraputic orientation, eductional background, specialties or interests, general comments, and fee schedule. The site also has a treatment center directory.

This site is a clearing house of different types of directories, including a general therapist directory as well as links to an online therapy directory, a search engine, and specialty directories (including, but not limited to: children's, GLBT, culturally and ethnically specific.)

This directory contains listing for the United States and Canada. Information includes: areas of specialization, office hours and location. There is also an e-therapy advice center.
