Non-Chew BBQ Meat Loaf Reprinted with permission by J. Randy Wilson from the Non Chew Cookbook
Combine bread crumbs, onions, 2 tablespoons water, horseradish, celery salt, liquid smoke, garlic salt, pepper and eggs. Add beef and mix well. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off grease. Pour on BBQ sauce and continue baking for 45 minutes. Adding more sauce if desired. Makes 8 servings. © Copyright 1998, J.
