Non-Chew BBQ Meat Loaf

cups bread crumbs

cup onion, minced

tablespoon horseradish

teaspoons celery salt

teaspoons liquid smoke

teaspoon garlic

teaspoon pepper

eggs

pounds hamburger, twice ground

cup BBQ sauce

Combine bread crumbs, onions, 2 tablespoons water, horseradish, celery salt, liquid smoke, garlic salt, pepper and eggs. Add beef and mix well. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off grease. Pour on BBQ sauce and continue baking for 45 minutes. Adding more sauce if desired. Makes 8 servings.
