Parisi, whose absolutely delightful cartoons, according to his website,

appear in "100 newspapers, on some products, and inside a few bathroom
stalls" Very funny sense of humor. In addition to a really off-beat
sense of humor, you have to check out his page of links.
The funny thing is that he says you can't access the links unless you
look at every single page on his site!!! Strange, the links worked for
me and I only saw a fraction of what he had to offer.
